This Subadvisory Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 13, 2016, among Federated Investment Counseling, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Adviser”), Federated Core Trust II, L.P. (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series portfolio, the Emerging Markets Fixed Income Core Fund (the “Fund”), and Federated Investors (UK) LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in England and Wales (“Subadviser”).
