THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of January 19, 2022, between Federated Hermes Income Securities Trust, a statutory business trust organized under the laws of the State of Massachusetts, on behalf of its series Federated Hermes Capital Income Fund (the “Acquiring Fund”), and Federated Hermes Core Trust, a statutory business trust organized under the laws of the State of Massachusetts, on behalf of its series identified on Schedule A, severally and not jointly (each, an “Acquired Fund” and together with the Acquiring Fund, the “Funds”).
