This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Kevin Smith (the “Executive”) and CS Disco, Inc. (the “Company”), to be effective upon the effectiveness of the registration statement for the Company’s initial public offering of Company common stock (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement, when it is effective, amends and restates in its entirety the Employment Agreement between the Company and Executive dated April 12, 2021 (the “Existing Employment Agreement”). This Agreement shall be of no force or effect if the Effective Date does not occur by December 31, 2021.
