This Amendment (the “Amendment”), dated August 31, 2015, between Touchstone Investment Trust and Touchstone Advisors, Inc. (“Touchstone”, and collectively with Touchstone Investment Trust, the “parties”), amends the Expense Limitation Agreement, dated January 25, 2013 (the “Agreement”), in effect between the parties.
