This Second Amended Distribution-Transmission Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Interstate Power and Light Company (IPL), an Iowa corporation (“Local Distribution Company”), having a place of business at 200 First Street SE, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52401 and ITC Midwest LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Transmission Owner”). Transmission Owner and Local Distribution Company are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
