This Performance Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of [*] (the “Grant Date”), by and between Renewable Energy Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and EMPLOYEE NAME (“Employee”), pursuant to the Renewable Energy Group, Inc. Amended and Restated 2009 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).
