Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms defined in the Dolby Laboratories, Inc. 2005 Stock Plan as amended from time to time (the “Plan”) shall have the same defined meanings in this Global Stock Option Agreement (the “Option Agreement”) , including any special terms and conditions for participants outside the U.S. in Appendix A.
