This AMENDMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into, as of this 22nd day of July, 2016, by and between Rydex Fund Services, LLC (“RFS”) and Rydex Variable Trust (the “Trust” and together with RFS, the “parties”), on behalf of its various series as now in existence or as hereafter may from time to time be created (the “Funds”).
