THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO TRANSITION SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into effective as of October 20, 2016, by and among Contura Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Contura Energy”), Old ANR, LLC (formerly Alpha Natural Resources, Inc.)
