(the “Company”), dated November 30, 2016 (the “Offer Letter”), in its entirety and will provide the terms under which you will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company from and after the closing of the initial public offering of the Company’s common stock (the “IPO”).
