THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is dated this 12th day of September, 2018, by and between AMERICOLD LOGISTICS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located in Atlanta, Georgia (the “Company”) and David Stuver (the “Executive”).
