THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of October 7, 2019, among Laureate Education, Inc., a Delaware public benefit corporation (the “Borrower”), the lending institutions from time to time parties hereto (each a “Lender” and, collectively, the “Lenders”) and Citibank, N.A.
