THIS AMENDMENT NO. 15 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this "Amendment") is entered into as of March 3, 2020, by and among the Lenders identified on the signature pages hereof (such Lenders, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns, are referred to hereinafter each individually as a "Lender" and collectively as the "Lenders"), WELLS FARGO CAPITAL FINANCE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, "Agent"), REG SERVICES GROUP, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("REG Services"), and REG MARKETING & LOGISTICS GROUP, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("REG Marketing"; together REG Services and REG Marketing are each referred to herein as a "Borrower", and jointly and severally as the "Borrowers").
