THIS ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of April 29, 2022, by and among RILEY EXPLORATION PERMIAN, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), RILEY EXPLORATION - PERMIAN, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), each of the Lenders which is signatory hereto, and TRUIST BANK, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank, as Administrative Agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, together with its successors in such capacity “Administrative Agent”) and as Issuing Bank under the Credit Agreement referred to below.
