This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of June 8, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Digital Turbine, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Michael Ng with address at 1220 Payne Drive, Los Altos, CA 94024 (the “Executive”). Executive’s employment shall commence on July 6, 2020 (the “Start Date”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the Company and the Executive agree as follows:
