This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 12, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” and other similar pronouns), and Kevin Matthies (“you,” “your,” “yours,” and other similar pronouns). Our parent company is Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (“Holdings”), and references in this Agreement to “Spirit” mean us and Holdings collectively.
