The following agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Jennifer Walsh (“you”) and Shapeways Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and offers you certain benefits to which you would not otherwise be entitled, conditioned upon your provision of a general release of claims and the obligations set forth in this Agreement.
