On behalf of Twist Bioscience Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), I am pleased to continue your employment with the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this amended and restated employment agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of October 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the prior Employment Agreement dated September 9, 2022, by and between you and the Company.
