This Amendment No. 1 to the Second Amended and Restated Restrictive Covenant Agreement (this “Amendment”), dated as of October 4, 2022, is entered into by and among Safe Bulkers, Inc. (the “Company”) and Polys Hajioannou (“P. Hajioannou”).
