This is an Amended and Restated Employment Agreement entered into between Forge Global Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or “Forge”, and Kelly Rodriques, or “Executive” (the “Employment Agreement”), which amends and supersedes in its entirety the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement between Executive and Forge Global, Inc., dated September 9, 2021, and as amended on February 25, 2022 (as amended, the “Prior Agreement”).
