This Separation Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered by and between John N. Hill (“Executive”), and Edgewell Personal Care Company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Edgewell” or the “Company”), and pursuant to the terms of the Edgewell Personal Care Company Executive Severance Plan (“Severance Plan”) in effect as of the Separation Date (defined below).
