This ASIC Development and Supply Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 25th day of March, 2013 (“Effective Date”) by and between Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC a Delaware limited liability company (d/b/a ON Semiconductor) having its principal place of business at 5005 E.
