THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED SUBORDINATE CREDIT AGREEMENT is effective as of June 1, 2023, and is entered into between BIPC Bermuda Holdco Limited, as the initial Borrower, such Persons as become Borrowers hereunder from time to time, and BIP Bermuda Holdings I Limited, as Lender.
