This Time Sharing Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into this ___ day of February, 2024, by and between Macy’s, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with principal offices at 151 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001 (“Company”), Macy’s Corporate Services, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, with principal offices at 145 Progress Place, Springdale, OH 45246 (“Operator”) and Antony Spring, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board-Elect of the Company, with a primary residence in New York, NY (“User”).
