THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of April 1, 2024 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and between G1 Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and John W. Umstead V, an individual (“Employee”). Employee and the Company may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
