EXTENSION AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of February 9, 2024 (this “Extension Amendment”), among Cablevision Lightpath LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), the other Loan Parties party hereto, the Revolving Credit Lenders party hereto, the L/C Issuers party hereto, the Swingline Lenders party hereto, the 2024 Extension Arranger and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as the administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
