As part of a broader resolution set forth in the Resolution Agreement between the United States and Inotiv, Inc. (attached as Attachment B), ENVIGO RMS, LLC and ENVIGO GLOBAL SERVICES, INC., pursuant to authority granted by their Boards of Directors, have entered into this Plea Agreement with the United States of America, by and through the United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia and the Environmental Crimes Section of the United States Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division (collectively referred to as the “United States”), pursuant to Rule 11(c)(1)(C) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure (“Fed. R. Crim. P.”). For purposes of this Plea Agreement, “ENVIGO” includes ENVIGO RMS, LLC and ENVIGO GLOBAL SERVICES, INC. and “INOTIV ENTITIES” includes Inotiv, Inc. and all entities related to Inotiv, Inc., including, but not limited to, ENVIGO and all entities related to ENVIGO, and all successors in interest to any of the above listed entiti
