THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between, Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (the “Company”), and Kimberly Rivers (the “Executive”). (The Company and the Executive are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
