This is your amended and restated employment agreement with JAMF Holdings Inc., a Minnesota corporation (as such company’s name may change from time to time and such company’s successors and assigns, the “Company”). This letter shall be effective as of the execution date of this agreement. The Company is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Jamf Holding Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”).
