THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (the "Agreement") is entered into between Professional Holding Corp., a Florida corporation (the "Parent"), Professional Bank, a Florida state-chartered commercial bank (the "Bank") (collectively, Parent and Bank are referred to as the "Company") and Daniel R.
