THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is dated as of April 19, 2023, and is entered into by and among Green Plains Operating Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors party hereto, the Lenders party hereto and TMI Trust Company, as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement referenced below.
