UNCOMMITTED AND REVOLVING CREDIT LINE AGREEMENT dated as of February 11, 2016 between THE BANK OF TOKYO-MITSUBISHI UFJ, LTD., a Japanese banking corporation having its offices at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York 10020 (the "BANK") and WESTROCK COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware, having its offices at 504 Thrasher Street, Norcross, GA 30071 (the "BORROWER").
