THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made this 31st day of May, 2021(the Effective Date”), between BIOADAPTIVES, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Employer", or the Company), a Delaware corporation with it principal place of business in Las Vegas, Nevada and RONALD LAMBRECHT (hereinafter referred to as "Employee") who resides in Riverview, Florida.
