This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") made and entered into this 11 day of July 2017, by and between Arc287BC, a New Jersey corporation with principal offices located at 232 Union Boulevard, Totowa NJ 07512 ("Arc287bc" or "Company"); and Gabor Nagy, an individual located at 67 Jefferson Street, Belleville, NJ 07109 ("Nagy"). ARC28BC and Nagy shall be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
