This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") made and entered into this 1st day of January 2015, by and between Arc287BC, a New Jersey corporation with principal offices located at 232 Union Boulevard, Totowa NJ 07512 ("Arc287bc" or "Company"); and Wilson Bezerra, an individual, with principle offices located at 232 Union Boulevard, Totowa, NJ, 07512 ("Bezerra"). ARC28BC and Bezerra shall be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
