THIS AMENDED & RESTATED REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 2, 2021 and effective as of November 2, 2021, by and among The Parking REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “REIT”), and the Holders (as defined below), for the benefit of the Holders and the REIT.
