THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 27th day of November, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and among FB FINANCIAL CORPORATION (“Company”), FIRSTBANK, a Tennessee bank (“Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and R. Wade Peery (“Executive”). Company, Bank, and Executive are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties,” and each is sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party.”
