This Sublease Agreement (this “Sublease”) is made effective as of August 7, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GOTO GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (as successor-in-interest to LogMeIn, Inc.) (“Sublandlord”), and TOAST, INC. a Delaware corporation (“Subtenant”).
