This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into, as of August 12, 2024 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified in writing from time to time), among Atlassian Corporation, a Delaware corporation and indirect parent of the Borrower (the “Parent”), Atlassian US, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), each Lender from time to time party hereto, Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an L/C Issuer, and the other L/C Issuers party hereto.
