This Separation Agreement and General Release (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Andrew Layman (“Employee”) and IEA Energy Services, LLC. IEA Energy Services, LLC is hereinafter referred to as “IEA” or the “Company,” and includes Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. and its subsidiaries but does not include Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, LLC.
