This Amended and Restated Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of December 31, 2016 is between Hartman vREIT XXI, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), and Hartman XXI Advisors, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Advisor”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Advisory Agreement, dated May 9, 2016, by and between the Company and the Advisor.
