This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “ Agreement”) is made as of September 27, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between CorMedix Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal executive offices at 1430 U.S. Highway 206, Suite 200, Bedminster, NJ 07921 (the “Company”), and Khoso Baluch (“Executive”). Each of the Company and Executive is referred to herein as a “Party” and together they are referred to as the “Parties.”
