THIS AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of December 5, 2016 by and among Meridian Waste Solutions, Inc., a New York corporation (the “Company”) and Joseph D’Arelli (“Executive”).
