THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of August 4, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities and Yihong Yao (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”). Party A and Party B hereby enter into this contract for mutual observation and execution after reaching negotiated consensus concerning the matter that Party B rents house from Party A according to stipulations set out in relevant laws and regulations such as Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China, based on Deposit Agreement and on the basis of equality, free will, fairness and good faith.
