THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of June 22, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Cellular Biomedicine Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities and Meng Xia (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
