THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 6th day of February, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BIRCH COMMUNICATIONS, INC., a Georgia corporation (“Company”), and Kevin M.
