This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “ Agreement”) is made as of March 19, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between CorMedix Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal executive offices at 400 Connell Drive, Suite 5000 Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922 (the “Company”), and Phoebe Mounts (“Executive”). Each of the Company and Executive is referred to herein as a “Party” and together they are referred to as the “Parties.”
