Executive THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of the 15th day of May, 2019, by and between Rekor Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Robert Berman (the “Executive”). This Agreement supersedes the Executive’s current employment agreement, which otherwise expires by its terms on March 31, 2022.
