Grant of Security Interest. To secure the payment and performance of the Liabilities, BK Technologies, Inc. (whether one or more, the "Borrower", individually and collectively if more than one) pledges, assigns and grants to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., whose address is 450 S Orange Ave, Floor 10, Orlando, FL 32801-3383 (together with its successors and assigns, the "Bank") a continuing security interest in, all of its right, title and interest in the Collateral (as hereinafter defined), whether now owned or hereafter acquired and whether now existing or hereafter arising.
