This Agreement of Purchase of the Goodwill and Execution of Closure Works of the Combined Cycle of the Brigadier López Power Plant -Central Termoeléctrica Brigadier López- (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is entered into in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic, on June 14, 2019 by and between INTEGRACIÓN ENERGÉTICA ARGENTINA S.A., with offices at Av. del Libertador no. 1068, 2nd floor, City of Buenos Aires –represented in this act by [] in his capacity as [] as per []– (hereinafter, “IEASA”) and CENTRAL PUERTO S.A., with offices at Tomás A.
